How do I check my signal?

Easiest way to check the signal is by checking the bars on the front of the device when turned on. It will show 1-5 bars when connected, 1 being poor connection and 5 being an excellent connection.

How do I stream using my Router?

Just like any other internet Router, connect your device to the Router using the SSID and PASS. You will then be able to stream Netflix, Hulu, Live TV and much more.

How do I turn off my Router when i’m not using it?

The power button is located on the back of the router. Push this button in to power off. Your devices will automatically reconnect to the router once it is powered back on.

Can I get enrolled in Autopay?

Upon initial activation, the customer is automatically enrolled into autopay. To change plans, send an email inquire to __________

How do I renew my service?

Once activated, automated recurring billing (Autopay) will be set up and your account will be active.

How do I cancel my service?

If you are looking to cancel service, send an email to _________ with subject: Cancellation. Please include Name, phone number and address and unit Serial Number. Any cancellations made after 5PM PST on the final day of the month will not be put through until the following day.

Where can I see my data usage?

At this time you will need to email in or call in with your Unit’s serial number ready. We can then send you the amount of remaining data left in the cycle.

Why does my internet connection slow down when I stream and am on my phone at the same time?

Routers are limited by bandwidth. For the best streaming results, keep the video quality at 480p to minimize data usage available for other devices on the network.

How Much are the monthly data services?

Our current Monthly Data plans are as follows:

40GB monthly - $65.00 per month
100GB monthly - $95.00 per month
200GB monthly - $110.00 per month
300GB monthly - $125.00 per month

How do I connect to my Empire Wireless Router?

Start by turning on the router and making sure the lights are lit up. Once confirmed that the router is on and lit up, connect to it using the SSID and PASS located on the back of the router, or the box that it came in.

Can I take my Router anywhere?

Yes! With International coverage, the possibilities are endless. This Router was built around being an on-the-go device!

What is Proration?

Proration is a discount from the original price due to remaining days in a month. Proration occurs in payment and in data received upon activation. Example: If a customer chose the 200GB plan halfway through the month, the remainder of the month of service would cost $55.00. The customer would then receive 100GB of High Speed internet.

Does my unused data stack onto the next month of service?

Service plans are prepaid calendar monthly, meaning the data purchased is valid from the 1st of the month until the last hour of the month (Pacific Standard Time).


Is this a rental?

You own the device outright! We have no contracts, so no need to return the router.


Can I play games online with the
Empire Wireless Router?

Gaming is supported on the Empire Wireless Router. Tests show that gaming typically uses 30% less data than video streaming.

Why is my internet connection so slow?

Connectivity differs between towers due to the nature of technology. If your unit seems to have a poor connection, try placing it in a different area undisturbed by other electronics.

How do I keep data usage to a minimum?

To keep data usage at a minimum use, make sure to turn off your router when you are not using it. To keep a signal, the router communicates to the tower via data. Although it takes very small amounts of data, it can add up over the span of a month.

Does my unused data roll over into my next data plan?

Data from the month of service is lost if unused. Data plans start on the 1st of every month and end on the last day of the month at midnight (12:00AM PST).
